Friendly, dependable, great product
They cared little about doing right by their costumers, unless to save face, even though they had the audacity to complain about their customers loyalty. Maybe if the owner merely did not steer a person into "what's the number on that credit card" you would earn a loyal customer base. This is hard to accomplish if you have an ego that hoists your nose to the sky.
I, or a family member, have been there 3 times and each time they did a shoddy job or did not send (to funeral) what was discussed on the phone. I will not do business with them again.

I ordered my mom flowers for her 80th birthday suppose to be roses lilies and carnations and what she got was bunch of spring flowers I could of picked out of a yard or bought from Walmart I live in Arizona so nothing I could do about it never again will I use them

Horrible experience, rude staff, and I would not recommend that you contribute money to the likes of people that treat their customers and friends with distain, even if it is not always to their face. Anyone literally cursing the fact that a customer has chosen to give their rundown mold filled shop a chance deserves to have their business continue to fail. Anyone who justifies not doing what is right for doing what is easy does not deserve your money. If rent is free why learn the difference between need and want. So teach through capitalism. Refuse to allow cancer to thrive.
